2.3 One Account Per Player. Each individual is permitted to register and maintain only one (1) active account on the 777mnl Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are detected, 777mnl reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances or bonuses held therein.
2.4 Accurate Information. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information promptly if it changes. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination.
2.5 Account Verification. 777mnl may require you to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process before processing withdrawals or granting full access to the Platform. Required documents may include a government-issued ID (such as a Philippine passport, SSS ID, UMID, or driver's license), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.
3.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 777mnl account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party.

4.1 Currency. All transactions on the 777mnl Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). If you fund your account using a payment method denominated in a different currency, conversion fees may apply and will be borne by you.
4.2 Accepted Payment Methods. 777mnl accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.
4.3 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are specified in the cashier section of the Platform and may be updated from time to time.
4.4 Third-Party Payments. 777mnl does not accept deposits from or process withdrawals to payment accounts that are not registered in your own name. Any attempt to use third-party payment methods may result in the suspension of your account and the withholding of funds pending investigation.
4.5 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and may be delayed if your KYC documentation is incomplete. 777mnl aims to process verified withdrawal requests to GCash and PayMaya within minutes and bank transfers within the same business day, but does not guarantee specific processing times.
4.6 Dormant Accounts. An account that has had no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. 777mnl reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to dormant accounts in accordance with its dormant account policy, which will be communicated to you via your registered contact details prior to any deduction.
5.1 777mnl may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives to players from time to time. All such offers are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible games, and expiry dates, which will be communicated at the time the offer is made.
5.2 Bonuses credited to your account cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirements have been fully satisfied. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before meeting wagering requirements will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it.
5.3 777mnl reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. In the event of any dispute regarding the interpretation of bonus terms, the decision of 777mnl shall be final.
5.4 Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, exploiting technical errors, or engaging in low-risk betting patterns designed to circumvent wagering requirements — is strictly prohibited and will result in the cancellation of all bonuses and potential account termination.
6.1 All casino games available on the 777mnl Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live dealer systems that are independently audited for fairness and randomness. Return-to-player (RTP) rates for slot games are published in the respective game information panels.
6.2 Sports betting odds are set by 777mnl and are subject to change up until the commencement of the relevant event. Bets accepted prior to an odds change will be honored at the odds displayed at the time of bet placement, except in cases of manifest error.

9.2 777mnl's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 777mnl account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
9.3 The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 777mnl makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the availability, accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose of the Platform or any content therein.
9.4 777mnl shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, internet outages, government actions, or third-party service failures.
10.1 777mnl collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
10.2 777mnl implements industry-standard security measures, including SSL encryption and secure data storage, to protect your personal and financial information. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and 777mnl cannot guarantee absolute security.

12.2 Upon termination of your account for cause, any balance remaining in your account may be forfeited if it is determined that the balance was obtained through prohibited conduct. In all other cases of account closure, your verified balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method.
12.3 You may close your account at any time by contacting 777mnl support at [email protected]. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Any pending bets at the time of closure will be settled in accordance with the applicable game rules.
13.1 777mnl reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, 777mnl will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect.
13.2 Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with clause 12.3.
14.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
14.2 In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting 777mnl support. 777mnl will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes within fifteen (15) business days of receiving written notice.
14.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
14.4 Notwithstanding the foregoing, 777mnl reserves the right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent irreparable harm arising from a breach of these Terms.
